Email replies may take 3- 5 business days because I sometimes get a lot of emails and I work a day joy during the weekdays. Thank you for understanding and please refer to the frequently asked questions for some answers to general questions.

• Where can I purchase your products?
  Plushies made by Mochi Studios are currently available on the Mochi Studios Etsy Shop.
• Do you accept custom order requests?
  I do accept custom order requests but at the moment, I am unable to accept large requests such as Giant Plush requests. The turn around time for custom order requests is around 3-4 weeks.
• Do you ship internationally?
  Yes! In the Etsy shop, I estimate international shipping and I will refund you part of the shipping cost if the estimated shipping costs more than the actual shipping cost. First class International shipping usually takes between 2-4 weeks.
• Do you do wholesale?
  No, not at the moment. I don’t have enough inventory to offer plushies for wholesale at the moment.
