Please vote for Mochi Studios’ Ninja Beans Panel at the Spoonflower Doll Panel Design Contest Round Two! Only the top five designs go on to the next Finalist round! Voting closes on Wednesday! Thank you so very much to everyone who has already voted!!
I ordered a yard of my original Ninja Beans design nearly two weeks ago and it arrived last Friday! I sewed up a set of Ninja Beans this weekend! It’s so exciting to see my idea from design to print to plush! My only sadness is that the dragon scales and cloud design for the Guy Ninja Bean and Baby Ninja Bean is so faint that you can hardly see the contrast. I will need to tweak the colors to contrast more strongly before I set up the Ninja Beans Panel for sale at Spoonflower.
Here they are! This is what the Ninja Beans Panel looks like all sewn up into plushies!

And here’s a close up on the Girl Ninja Bean and the back of the Guy Ninja Bean:

Here’s the picture of the fabric panel before I ironed and cut it up for sewing.

Also, did anyone else ever have a problem with Spoonflower’s fabric and bleeding? My fabric arrived to me with several spots of bleeding like the below but it didn’t matter to this design since I cut out the Ninja Beans and the white part is discarded. I would be sad if my future designs that rely on the colors not to bleed end up arriving to me with bleed spots too… Just something to think about…

And don’t forget! Please vote for Mochi Studios’ Ninja Beans Panel at the Spoonflower Doll Panel Design Contest Round Two!

Adorable!!! Ack, I’m dying over here. It’s so great that you entered this design in Spoonflower’s contest, really brilliant and inspired!
I would love to do some sort of crafting thing together! I just need this student life to end, haha.
