Hi – I am Andrea & Michelle’s (the peas) Mom. I agree with Eileen, the quilted pillow is beautiful. And the peas are absolutely precious. While we will never be able to replace the original peas [in our hearts] – the replacement peas radiate happiness every time I look at them. Thank you for making my birthday one I will never forget. these are so cute! and i love the story. i had a teddy bear i named tubu (tofu in korean) that i adored when i was little and she still lives at my parents’ house. i would be devastated if something ever happened to her so toasted pea picture is so sad to me! but you did a lovely job recreating them. that last photo is super sweet

This is such a touching story! The last picture is too cute and funny. I imagine them as Fawn, me, and our mom. ;p I keep laughing at their funny faces.

I want to hoooooold theeeemmmmm!!!!! And pinch their nosies! And kiss the original toasted one!!! Awwww!!! I feel like a little kid looking at these pictures.

Hi! It’s Michelle (the pink pea). We have been tracking the peas and they should have arrived today! My sister and I are both still at work, but I was so excited to receive them, I started writing my blog post about it. I looked at your Flickr page, and was surprised to find pictures and then this blog post about them!! I’m holding back tears while looking at the adorable pictures! Sadly, my mom is out of town until Friday so I’ll have to wait until we give them to her to post, (so I don’t ruin the surprise) but I just wanted to say thanks!!!!! They are adorable, and probably just about as close as we could get. Thank you so much for taking the time and effort to work on our peas! Check my blog for the post after Friday!!
